Entry is in advance Online via Eventor but for people who don’t want to commit there is a limited Enter On the Day option (easy and moderate courses only). Keep scrolling down to find out about event fees, late entries and refunds.
Prologue, Australian 3 Days and Bay of Fires 3 Days Fees

Domain Warm Up Fees
Adults $10, Concession $5. Enter online or cash on the day – no price difference.
Enter on the Day Fees
Per event (apart from Domain Warm Up) – $20 cash per person / group if going out together with one map. No concession or family rates.
Parking Permit for Australian 3 Days
$10 per vehicle for all three days (no single day discounts). Available via Eventor or by cash from registration on Thursday and Good Friday or from a Parking Marshall on your arrival. Fees go towards the provision of car parking, land owners and local causes.
Late entries will be at the discretion of Orienteering Tasmania – Contact Us. If accepted, a 20% late fee will apply.
When available Concession Entry is open to children under 18 and adults studying full time / in receipt of government pension / in receipt of income support payment.
If you are a child you will automatically be given this rate when you enter via Eventor.
If you are an adult:
- enter paying the Adult Entry fee in Eventor; and then
- email firstname.lastname@example.org – Include your full name, the list of events you have entered as well as supporting documentation to show you are studying full time / in receipt of government pension / in receipt of income support payment
You will then be given a partial PayPay reversal to reimburse you the difference between the Adult Entry and the Concession Entry.

1 January – 28 February 2018 – 50%
From 1 March 2018 a partial refund may be provided at the discretion of Orienteering Tasmania.
